TSAI Commercial

Seashore has been awarded a $2.2 million contract from Tsai Commercial for a concrete tilt-up building designed by Simon Lee & Associates located in the City of El Monte.

This 70,864 square foot ground-up actually consists of three attached tilt up structures. The street elevation will draw retail and corporate office users to a prestigious 20,000 SF 2-story building including elevators, decorative exterior steel stairs, balconies, and standing seam roof over architectural copulas. The balance of the project reveals two attached dock-high buildings with 35' foot clear structures access ramps, nine mechanical and electric dock levelers and much more.

Rossmoor Electric

This 25,002 SF concrete tilt-up project located in Laguna Niguel contains the corporate offices and the warehouse facility for Rossmoor Electric. Rossmoor Electric is the exclusive cable television provider for Laguna Hills Leisure World. The 32 ft. high building provides a 95 ft. deep clear span and 18,826 SF of spacious first class 2-story office interior & specialized cable "head-in" room. The Satellite Dish Staging & Service area includes storage mezzanine and oversized roll-up doors. Special features include: pre-action fire sprinkler system, 24-foot high crib and masonry retaining wall systems, back-up emergency generator, tilt-up panel arches, faux stone columns, wainscot & crown, and state of the art fiber optics with satellite hook-ups.
