Barger Building

Seashore is under construction on a $350,000 remodeling contract for the historic Barger Building located in the "old town district" in the City of Orange.

The Barger Building was built in circa 1910. The original un-reinforced masonry building was used as a Roaring 20's Dance Hall -- in 1970 was converted to office space.

Brisken and Mullin CPA firm is the owner/tenant of the building and will be relocating their corporate offices to the second floor.

The addition of an elevator, extensive structural renovation, seismic upgrade, and decorative parapets create a dramatic change to this classic structure. In addition, the old public restrooms at the rear of the property were purchased and retrofitted to capture additional rental space.
