43,000 SF facility located in Anaheim. The
building renovation required the demolition of an
18,000 SF church, the construction of a second
floor mezzanine, office improvements, and a
darkroom. All printing equipment installations
were coordinated by Seashore including electrical
hook-up, significant ventilation requirements,
over forty (40) million BTU's of medium pressure
natural gas, and independent testing lab
certifications for all installed equipment.

Nelson Engineering
purchased this 20,000 SF building in Garden Grove
for their own use. Seashore Construction provided
turn-key support services throughout the loan
process with the SBA in addition to the
design-build construction. The scope of work
included a significant exterior renovation with
new geometric steel frame entry, new roof, office
remodel, and the installation of the computerized
aerospace manufacturing mill and machine shop.

New addition and
remodeled facility in Santa Ana. This 32,000 SF
design-build office and warehouse was a
"turn-key effort" requiring weeks of
City negotiations and diligent contractor
participation. Included in the project was a
ground up 4,000 SF mill shop building and an
enclosed lobby with a Koi Pond and Japanese garden
feature. In addition to significant interior and
exterior ADA improvements, the project required a
new roof, card key gate access system, new paving,
and complete new landscaping.
