LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY Irvine, California Project consisted of miscellaneous seismic connections to the building and equipment. LPA ARCHITECTS Orange, California Project was connections of wood trusses to unreinforced masonry walls within a historical building for an Architect's office. PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL Huntington Beach, California Project was partially occupied 40,000 s.f. concrete tilt-up computer building. PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL Pacific Palisades, California The medical office building entailed drilling into the pre-cast pretension concrete beams (while missing the pretension reinforcing) and bolting a 1 inch steel plate (4'-0" long x 30" wide) to the underside of the beams at each side of each column. A large diameter rod was then warped around the column and welded to the steel plates. WELLMAN PROPERTIES Tustin, Calfiornia The concrete tilt-up seismic retro-fits included connection of the concrete tilt-up walls to the roof structure with steel plates and straps underneath. In a few locations, the roofing was removed and tension straps were added between the glued laminated beams.
